My husband and I moved to Machrihanish in June 2014. He took early retirement and as a writer and photographer, my location couldn’t be more important.
As a child, I spent every summer staying in Campbeltown with my aunt and loved it: the people, the countryside, and the beautiful beaches.
I have fibromyalgia and as it limits my walking, living so close to the beach is a great bonus to me.
I thought I’d start this blog to share with you what life is like living in one of the most beautiful places in Scotland. I hope you’ll enjoy it.
